How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders above US$100. For orders below US$100, you can select your preferred shipping method with the estimated delivery date and cost during the checkout process.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
We do not cover duties and taxes for all shipments purchased on www.zenkoleather.com. Depending on which country you live in, you may be liable for taxes. We have set up "Deliveries Duty Paid" (DDP) which means that at the checkout you can see how much taxes and fees you will have to pay for your country. By prepaying at the checkout it means no nasty surprises. If you are concerned about potential import taxes and custom fees please speak with us so we can help you. 

How long will delivery take?
Your orders are estimated to ship within 1-3 business days. When you enter your shipping address during checkout, each available shipping method will automatically update with estimated delivery dates. Once you select the shipping method, you will receive a tracking number by email after your parcel leaves the warehouse. 

What if I refuse delivery?
Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

Returns

What's your return policy?
If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible Zenko items within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, and customers should email us before sending the products back to us to ensure the requirements are met, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.

What's not eligible for a return? We are not able to offer returns on items sold at a discount and/or products marked final sale.

Shipping fees (for orders less than US$100, or express shipping upgrades) are non-refundable.

What's the return process?
Email us and we'll send you a return label to use for the return shipment.

Return parcels must be sent to a specific address in Hong Kong. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.

Exchanges

What's your exchange policy?
We don't have a formal exchange program. If you'd like to exchange something for a different color or size, we treat it like a return. Then you can place a new order on our webshop for the item you'd like to receive in exchange.
